Necessary products:

 

  • 1 or 2 hamburger cakes
  • 1-2 ready-made lentil and quinoa meatballs
  • a few leaves of fresh lettuce
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 1-2 red pickled peppers
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 head of red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • half a cucumber
  • 100 grams of baked red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel an avocado and cut it into small cubes. Put it in a bowl and add the chopped red onion and cucumber. Pour olive oil, stir and season with salt and pepper. Cool the sauce.

 

Cut the loaves into two pieces. Add lettuce, meatballs, add tomato slices, chopped peppers and garnish with avocado sauce.
