Necessary products:

  • 400 grams of seafood mix
  • about 30 grams of butter
  • 1/3 head red sweet onion
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash the vegetables. Cut the peppers and tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and the soft part (for the tomatoes), cut them into thin strips; onion thinly, scald it with boiling water and allow to drain.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the seafood mix, stir and fry until the products are ready (the liquid should evaporate). Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Then put in the salad bowl seafood, vegetables, parsley, salt, season with lemon juice (for example 2 tsp). Mix everything well and add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Put a lettuce leaf in a plate and on it from the resulting salad.
