How To Cook Vegetable Muffins With Cheese And Garlic Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

1 zucchini
150-200 grams of cheese (plain or cream cheese)
100-150 grams of cherry tomatoes
2 eggs
1 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
200 grams of low-fat sour cream
1 lime
2 sprigs of coriander
garlic spice or dry garlic sauce

Method of preparation :

Finely grate the zucchini and cheese, mix them and add 2 eggs, part of the dry spice with the aroma of garlic, chopped tomatoes. Then pour the flour, baking powder and mix everything.
Pour the resulting dough into pre-greased muffin tins or use a cake pan.
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Make a sauce by adding the garlic spice, juice and rind of one lime, chopped coriander to the sour cream and stir.

Serve the vegetable cupcakes with the aromatic sauce.
