Determine the quantities of the products according to the desired number of servings and your taste preferences. The only mandatory ingredient for this salad is bulgur, vegetables are entirely a matter of choice.
Preparation :
Boil bulgur (for example 250 grams) in water, the amount of which should be twice as much as the beans. It is prepared easily and quickly, in about 15 minutes on medium heat. Add melted butter and stir. Allow to cool.
During this time, clean and cut the selected vegetables into small pieces. Mix them with the cooled bulgur, add cheese. Season the salad with olive oil, lemon juice, add a little garlic and salt to taste. Mix all the products and you can serve.
