Learn how to cook "Vegetable sauce from white beans with garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 400 grams of white canned beans
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, cold-pressed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sage, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
For sprinkling :
- fresh parsley, finely chopped
Method of preparation :
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the vegetable sauce to a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with fresh vegetables or something else to taste.
