How To Cook White Chocolate Truffles - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of white chocolate, crushed
  • 120 milliliters of high-fat cooking cream
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste (1-2 tablespoons liqueur or other optional)

for decoration :

  • 200 grams of white chocolate, crushed
  • pistachios, crushed
  • coconut shavings, cocoa powder or sprinkles (optional)

Method of preparation :

Melt the white chocolate, cream and butter in a water bath. Add a flavoring of your choice - rose water, vanilla paste, liqueur or other. Stir and allow to cool completely. Form small candies and arrange in a tray covered with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until hardened.

The decoration

Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, leave to cool a bit and roll the candies in it. Arrange them in the pan and sprinkle or roll in coconut shavings, cocoa, crushed pistachios or another sprinkle of your choice. Refrigerate again for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up, after which you can serve or pack in a gift box.
