Required products :

6-10 small whole pears
1 teaspoon sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
50 grams butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or cinnamon
juice and peel of 1/2 lemon

Method of preparation :

Wash the pears and without cutting them, clean the core with the seeds on the thick side. Leave the handles. Sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice.

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Mix the yolks with the sugar and softened butter. Add the finely grated lemon peel, yogurt, vanilla sugar or cinnamon. Mix everything and add the flour with the baking powder.
Beat the egg whites to a froth and combine them with the other products, kneading the dough.

Separate 1/3 of it and knead, gradually adding as much flour as needed to make a soft dough. Roll out a round layer, which you put on the bottom of a suitable greased form, forming walls. Arrange the pears with the stalks facing up and pour over the dough.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Check readiness with a toothpick.
