How To Cook Woven Easter Wreath With Orange Peel In A Pan - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Braided Easter wreath with orange peel in a pan". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of sifted flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 42 grams of live yeast
  • 2 teaspoons warm milk
  • 80 grams of cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 5 grams of vanilla powder
  • grated peel of an orange
  • 100 grams of candied orange peel
  • 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon fresh milk for glazing
  • crystal sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Put the flour in a large bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the vanilla, oil, grated orange peel and candied fruit. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and combine the mixtures.

Pour everything into the flour and make a dough. During the kneading, gradually add the chopped butter, so the Easter cake will form threads. Wait for the rising and divide into three equal parts, roll out and roll them into rolls.

Knit and make a wreath. Grease a cast iron or metal pan with a little oil, put the Easter cake in it and preheat the oven to 60 degrees. Leave to rise once more, then glaze with the yolk mixed with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Increase to 170 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Cool, cut and serve the Easter cake. If desired, you can arrange and decorate the environment with festive ornaments.

Enjoy!
