Necessary products:

 

  • 1 zucchini, grated and drained
  • 2 grated potatoes, drained
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 10 grams of garlic powder
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley to sprinkle
  • sauce of choice for garnish
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 70 milliliters of beer
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • grated yellow cheese for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the zucchini and potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir the mixture and leave to cool. In another bowl, place the eggs, beer, flour, salt and sugar.

Stir until smooth. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, scoop out the vegetable mixture, dip it in the pasta and fry until golden.

Drain the bites and arrange them on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and cheese. Garnish with a sauce of your choice and serve.
