Required products :
6 small zucchini
60 grams of yellow cheese (can Parmesan)
100 grams of butter
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour water into a suitable container and bring to the boil. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise.
When the water boils, put the zucchini in it and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
Grease a pan with oil and arrange the pieces of vegetables in it, removing them from the boiling liquid with a slotted spoon and waiting for them to drain. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Preheat the oven and bake the zucchini for about 10 minutes.
Serve the dish warm and sprinkled with fresh green spices of your choice.
