Mint is a medicinal plant that helps with many diseases. The most common are field mint, peppermint and fragrant mint. All these types of mint can be dried. The great benefit of mint is in its calming and relaxing effect, it helps in eliminating depression and eliminates insomnia.

To obtain this effect, it is enough to systematically drink tea brewed with mint. In dried form, mint is added to fruit cocktails, confectionery. It is used in the preparation of meat dishes and side dishes, added to alcoholic beverages.

It is best to use mint grown on your own plot for drying. You can dry mint collected in the field far from roads and paths. Dry mint is best stored in jars with tight lids in a cool, dry place.
