After a full moon, with a waning moon, appetite usually increases. But as the moon weakens, pounds do not accumulate. This is a period of purification of the body, when it is easily released from the slag, most of which is collected in adipose tissue. Getting rid of them, adipose tissue is "sealed" and you should benefit from this.

For more effective cleansing of the body, fasting once a week is recommended . During this day, drink only water or juice (preferably from carrots or pumpkin). Such a regime activates the removal of excess water from the intercellular space and does not allow its re-accumulation.

The period from new moon to full moon (rising moon) contributes to better digestion; medicines, herbal infusions and decoctions are also better absorbed. Diet during this time stimulates the processes of fat breakdown and helps absorb nutrients.

24-hour diet at the full moon

It starts on the eve of the full moon (after dinner) and lasts 24 hours. Take a lot of liquids: juices (fruit, vegetables), water, teas (with honey). Milk and alcoholic beverages should not be drunk.

36-hour diet at the new moon

It starts at 18:00 on the eve of the new moon and lasts one full day plus 1/2 of the next (until the morning of the second day). During this period, vegetable soups of carrots, potatoes, beans are recommended, but you can afford once a day fish broth or poultry broth. Feeding is 4-5 times a day.

If you feel you can, start the diet 3 days before the full moon or new moon and stick to it for 3 days after the end of the phase (6 days in total).

Strictly following this regimen, the weight you can get rid of is between 1 and 3.

During the rest of the time, eat a balanced diet and avoid salt. When the moon rises, do not overeat, and when it decreases, you can afford your favorite temptations.

Physical activity, sound sleep and positive thinking are also extremely important.
