Mycoplasma is an infection that is sexually transmitted (through oral, vaginal or anal sex).

The cause of the disease is a microorganism - a microplasma, which is both a bacterium and a virus.
There is no special diet that should be followed in the presence of the problem, but it is necessary for the infected to adhere to a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
The menu should be chosen so that the products it includes contribute to successful antibiotic treatment, increase the body's defenses.
The food should contain the necessary amounts of useful microelements, vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Useful products include:

  • brown rice, buckwheat porridge, also oatmeal;
  • seafood;
  • fresh vegetable salads;
  • natural yoghurt, fresh goat's milk;
  • freshly squeezed juices from fresh fruits and vegetables;
  • chicken breast (without skin);
  • lean fish species;
  • liver;
  • vegetable fats (for example, olive oil);
  • butter, but only as an addition to meals;
  • wheat and rye bread;
  • homemade vegetable soups;
  • codliver oil;
  • mashed beans and legumes;
  • Pasta;
  • raw fruits and berries (pineapple, grapes, melon, apples, mangoes, oranges, orange grapefruit, lemons, pomegranates, raspberries, strawberries, figs);
  • honey;
  • raw or cooked vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts or cauliflower, asparagus, pumpkin, carrots, seaweed, zucchini, garlic, red and yellow sweet peppers, onions, avocados);
  • sauces: meat, mushroom, cream, milk-egg and tomato;
  • leafy vegetable salads;
  • nuts: macadamia nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts and pecans;
  • spices (in small quantities): rosemary, turmeric, cinnamon, thyme, ginger, hot pepper;
  • black chocolate;
  • cocoa, tea, rosehip decoction, natural black coffee;
  • flax and sesame seeds.

Harmful and dangerous foods in mycoplasma

During the treatment of the disease from the menu should be excluded:
  • pickles;
  • spicy foods and products;
  • marinades;
  • smoked products;
  • sandwich and margarine oils;
  • alcoholic beverages;
  • sweets;
  • animal fats (including lard and beef tallow);
  • products high in cholesterol and trans fats.
