  • as much fruit as possible to eat - preferably fresh, in the extreme case frozen, but in no case cooked; to eat two apples daily, which will provide the necessary amount of iron to the body;
  • liver and pâtés of such - are a good source of vitamin B;
  • vegetable oils of corn, olive, sunflower;
  • butter;
  • dill, celery, parsley, turnip leaves.

Dangerous and harmful products in myopathy

To reduce to a minimum the consumption of meat, salty and fatty dishes.

To limit the use to:
  • sugar;
  • spicy herbs;
  • spices;
  • cafe and tea;
  • cabbage;
  • potatoes ;
Completely exclude:
  • fast food and semi-finished products;
  • smoking;
