You ask how to dry the leaves, stems and raspberries? It's simple: collect the most beautiful leaves from the bush, cut a few raspberry stalks with garden shears and rinse well. Then dry the leaves and stems with paper towels, the stems can be chopped into pieces of a size convenient for you. Put the leaves and stems in a single layer on gauze or newspaper, dry them in the fresh air or at room temperature for several days, turning them over periodically.
