Of course, a romantic dinner should be rich in aphrodisiac foods: strawberries, avocados, seafood and champagne. It's so delicious! Have you already submitted? Then we offer a ready-made menu.

Sandwiches with slightly salted fish and avocado

Ingredients:

100 g lightly salted red fish, 1/2 avocado, 3 slices of rye bread, 5-6 slices of lemon, 3-4 lettuce leaves, 2 sprigs of dill, salt to taste, ground black pepper to taste.

Cut the bread slices into two pieces diagonally. Arrange the fish pieces and lemon slices on top. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into slices. Drizzle the slices with lemon juice and place over the fish. Salt and pepper to taste. Arrange clean dry lettuce leaves on a dish, and appetizing sandwiches on top.

Shrimp salad

Ingredients:

400 g shrimp, grapefruit, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 lemon, a bunch of lettuce, 1 tsp. liquid honey, 6 tbsp. l. olive oil, Provencal herbs to taste.

Defrost the shrimp, peel and remove the dark vein. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and fry the shrimp on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Place on a paper towel lined plate and set aside.

Peel the grapefruit from the skin, remove the white films and partitions from the slices. Divide the pulp of each slice into 2-3 parts. Peeled avocado cut into small plates and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Prepare the sauce: mix 4 tbsp. l. olive oil, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and honey. Add dried Provence herbs and stir again.

Put the lettuce leaves on a dish, pour the sauce, then the avocado, pour the sauce again. Then - grapefruit, sauce, shrimp and the remaining sauce.

For hot dishes, we offer to cook salmon or beef steaks, choose based on the preferences of your half.

Salmon steaks in the oven

Ingredients:

2 salmon steaks, 100 g cheese, 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, 1 tsp dried garlic, 1/2 tsp pink pepper, 1/2 tsp. white pepper, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, salt to taste.

Wash cooked steaks and pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle with lemon juice, salt and pepper on both sides. Put the steaks in a baking dish, grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Beef steaks with champignons

Ingredients:

2 rib eye steaks, medium onion, 200 g mushrooms, 60 g butter, 2 tbsp. l. flour, 2 cups beef broth, 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 tsp. dried garlic, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt to taste, freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 50-60 minutes before cooking. Wash and pat dry with paper towel. Pepper and salt on both sides. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry until golden brown. Do not disturb the steaks during frying - no need to move them and pierce them with a fork. If you like the readiness of Medium, then fry for 3 minutes on each side. Then hold with tongs and fry each side to "seal" the meat juice from all sides. Remove from skillet and let rest 5-6 minutes.

Peel and wash the onion. Wash mushrooms, dry. Finely chop the onion, cut the mushrooms into thin plates. Saute the onion in the remaining oil, then add the mushrooms and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes while stirring. Then push all the contents with a spatula to one part of the pan. Put the butter and flour on the second, fry the flour until golden brown. Pour in soy sauce and broth. Mix everything and salt to taste. Simmer the sauce for 1 minute, then add the steaks. Cook for a couple more minutes and serve.

After such appetizers and hot, the dessert should be light and unobtrusive. We offer a very simple and tasty option.

Strawberry dessert with pistachios

Ingredients:

250-300 g strawberries, 250 g grated cottage cheese, 30 ml cream of any fat content, 50 g muesli, 60 g sugar, 20 g pistachios, mint for serving.

Wash strawberries, peel and pat dry with paper towels. Mix soft cottage cheese with 40 gr. sugar and cream. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved or use powdered sugar. Cut the strawberries into small pieces, add the pistachios chopped with a knife and the rest of the sugar to it. Mix very gently.

Take two transparent glasses and lay out the dessert in layers. The first layer is half the strawberry mass (divided into 2 glasses), then muesli, curd cream and finish again with a strawberry layer. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.

In honor of such a pleasant holiday, make a simple cocktail.

Champagne cocktail

Ingredients:

320 ml of champagne, 50 ml of pear syrup (or other fruit, berry), 2 sprigs of rosemary.

Refrigerate champagne. Pour the syrup into glasses and place a clean sprig of rosemary over each. Pour champagne and enjoy the taste.

Have a wonderful evening!
