Scientists have found that when consuming alcohol in the above-mentioned volume, the lowest risk of developing cancer is observed. This conclusion was made by scientists after they analyzed data on the state of health of more than 99,000 people.

Doctors gathered a group of volunteers (more than 99 thousand people), whom they met in 1998 and 2000. During this time, more than 12,500 people were diagnosed with cancer, more than 9,000 died.

Analysis of this statistic revealed a very interesting correlation. It turned out that people who drank alcohol containing 10 grams of pure alcohol, no more and no less, had the lowest risk of dying from cancer or cardiovascular disease.

Earlier, Brazilian scientists from the University of São Paulo found that alcohol can help strengthen the heart. It turned out that during its assimilation, enzymes are produced that contribute to the purification of tissues from toxic substances and help the heart muscle to be better protected from damage.
