5. Diet with cheese 3 times a day

The main thing with this diet is that you should consume the products listed below, 3 times a day at regular intervals. The maximum duration of the diet is 10 days, and the expected results are 5-7 kilograms lighter.

The menu:
  • Breakfast : 100 grams of yellow cheese or other hard cheese (you can replace it with 200 grams of nonfat cottage cheese), you are allowed to drink coffee without sugar.
  • Lunch : Tea or coffee, light vegetable soup with grated cheese.
  • Dinner : 70 grams of cheese and a glass of skim yogurt.

6. Unloading diet with cheese

The option has a maximum duration of 2 days and allows you to lose up to 2 pounds of body weight.

Products for the day:
  • 150 grams of low-fat hard cheese / yellow cheese;
  • orange, apple, a glass of tomato juice;
  • a glass of vegetable broth - it is recommended to drink it for dinner.

7. "Rich" diet with cheese

This weight loss program is ten days long and has one prerequisite - to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. At the end of the period you can be as much as 10 kilograms lighter.

The menu is the same for every day:
  • coffee, tea;
  • 300 grams of hard cheese of your choice;
  • maximum 1 cup of skim kefir;
  • 200 grams of chicken or beef (you can replace it with lean ham);
  • 1 boiled egg.

All the cheese diets we introduced to you in the first three parts should not be overdone: unloading days are done no more than once a month, and diets - no more than once every six months.
