What to eat?

  • First day - 6 eggs (boiled).

  • Fourth day - 200 grams of cooked rice without salt and other spices.

 

 

 

  • Fifth day - 6 boiled potatoes (you can bake them, but do not use salt).

 

 

 

  • Sixth day - apples , preferably green varieties.

 

 

Another important point of the diet is not to eat after 18:00. Also, gradually return to the usual products, without overloading the body.

When you finish the regime, it is best to have porridge for breakfast, and it is preferable to prepare oatmeal without sugar, add fresh fruit to it, if desired.

For lunch you could make vegetable soup and make a salad of fresh vegetables .

A suitable dinner is boiled or roasted meat with a light garnish of vegetables (also cooked or roasted).

Between meals, eat fruit, low-fat cottage cheese, yogurt / yogurt.

In the first days after the end of the diet you should not eat fatty, fried and salty foods.
