In the previous parts of our series, consisting of foods that normalize hormonal balance , we have already said how important it is for our hormone levels to be normal, because it depends on our mood, health and tone.

The fifth part is dedicated to salmon. We will say that the delicious fish is extremely rich in useful fatty acids that help the body fight inflammatory processes, strengthen muscles and improve mood.

150 grams of salmon twice a week is enough to make you feel good, but larger quantities will not hurt.

We offer you a delicious idea for roasted fish in foil with vegetables

Required products :

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • olive oil to taste
  • sheet of aluminum foil
  • sheet of parchment

Method of preparation :

Clean, eggplant, peppers, celery, peel garlic and onion. Cut all the vegetables.

Heat olive oil and fry onion and celery in it until transparent (about 1-2 minutes). Then add the peppers, and 3 minutes later - eggplant and garlic. Fry for another 3 minutes.

Put a sheet of parchment on a sheet of aluminum foil and put the fish fillet in the middle. Spread half of the fried vegetables on it, season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap in foil.

Prepare the second fillet in the same way.

Bake them for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
