Ingredients of the salad of walnuts and spinach for weight loss :

  • 350 grams of spinach;
  • 10 tablespoons chopped walnuts;
  • ½ medium-sized onion cut into small cubes;
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice;
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar;
  • 2 teaspoons honey;
  • 4 tablespoons linseed oil;
  • 8 dried figs, cut into pieces;
  • 5 olives;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 10 grams of grated orange peel.

If desired, you can add a clove of garlic .

How to apply the salad of walnuts and spinach for weight loss

Salad can be used as a standalone dish. You could replace dinner or lunch, or both.

If you want to use it in a diet, set 3 or 2 days a week to replace two meals with it.

If you think that this dish will not keep you full, you could prepare it with only 3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts and 3 dried figs and use as a side dish to chicken or fish. This way you will not feel hungry and at the same time you will eat low-calorie and healthy food.
