The menu includes the following products (for 3 days):

  • 4 large avocados ;
  • 3 boiled chicken eggs;
  • 250 grams of nonfat cottage cheese;
  • bunch of green onions;
  • 3 large cucumbers;
  • 300 grams of beef steak.
Exemplary distribution of food per day
  • Breakfast: 1/2 avocado stuffed with cottage cheese.
  • Lunch: a portion of salad with green fruit (see below the recipe for its preparation).
  • Dinner: 100 grams of roast beef and half an avocado stuffed with cottage cheese.
Avocado salad recipe Necessary products:

1 boiled egg
1/2 avocado
1 cucumber a
little chopped green onion

Method of preparation:

Cut the fruit, cucumber and egg into small cubes. Mix them in a bowl and add the chopped green onions. Stir and the salad is ready.

 

Completing the specified diet, it is necessary to gradually add to your menu low-calorie yogurt, fruits, vegetables, berries.

After 3-4 days you can include meat and fish (lean species), seafood, a little rye bread.
