What you need to know is that the mustard diet is contraindicated if you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, kidney and liver diseases.

So ... The mustard diet is exotic. It allows not only to get rid of extra pounds, but also to normalize metabolism, as well as to create habits for proper nutrition. It is not very well known, but it is effective enough. It is suitable for use as unloading days.

It is based on the intake of sour milk and meat products, mustard (classic, spicy, sweet, grains - of your choice).

Excludes: confectionery, sugar, white bread, alcohol.

While adhering to this diet, it is recommended to drink 2 - 2.5 liters of water daily.

 

About the menu

First day :

  • Breakfast - 2 eggs (hard boiled), natural yogurt, unleavened bread, spread with mustard, unsweetened coffee or tea;
  • Lunch - 250 milliliters of tarator, 2 boiled sausages (or sausages) with mustard;
  • Afternoon breakfast - a slice of mustard, tea or coffee;
  • Dinner - 250 grams of high-fat cottage cheese, pepper salad.

 

Second day :

  • Breakfast - 1-2 small cakes with cottage cheese, mustard and cumin, 50 grams of ham, unsweetened tea or coffee;
  • Lunch - 250 milliliters of chicken broth, chicken salad with celery and mustard, a glass of tomato juice;
  • Afternoon breakfast - bread / slice with mustard, tea or coffee;
  • Dinner - a glass of yogurt and a salad of boiled eggs and green onions.

 

Third day :

  • Breakfast - a few pieces of sausage with mustard, cucumber, coffee or tea (without sugar);
  • Lunch - 250 milliliters of mushroom cream soup, grilled pork chop with mustard, a glass of carrot juice;
  • Afternoon breakfast - a slice of mustard, tea or coffee;
  • Dinner - cottage cheese casserole with onion and mustard, a glass of kefir or kefir.

 

The diet is followed for 3 days (maximum 5) and can be repeated at the earliest after one month. Combined with mustard baths gives even better results. To do this, a glass of mustard is dissolved in warm water and poured into the bath. The stay in it should not be more than 10 minutes. Then rinse with water in the shower, wrap yourself in a blanket and lie down for 30 minutes.
