The diet is among the determining factors for a slim waist, and mistakes are most often made in relation to it.

You are determined to lose weight in the fastest way and take radical measures. Probably the diet plan includes nothing but grapefruit and soup or its nutritional value is similar. When your daily calorie intake is reduced to less than 1000, it is quite certain that the weight will be lost. 
 
However, this slows down the metabolism and when the diet comes to an end and you return to a normal diet, the body burns calories more slowly than usual, thus regaining the lost weight. 
 

You miss breakfast

 
This step seems like an easy way to burn calories, but it often has the opposite effect - you find yourself hungrier for the rest of the day. This can lead to unforeseen snacks during work and a larger portion of lunch, which inevitably marks a jump in caloric intake.
 
A high- protein, high- fiber breakfast can reduce hunger throughout the day. Many studies in the field have found that people who eat in the morning are more likely to maintain a healthy weight. 
 

You don't eat snacks at all

 
While a pointless breakfast can sabotage a slim waistline, a planned one can do just the opposite. Those who eat several times a day, but less, are more likely to control hunger and lose weight.
 
In this way, metabolism levels are maintained high, especially if breakfast is high in protein. Nuts are a good choice - a conclusion reached by researchers, according to which people whose snack contains nuts, enjoy a finer figure.
