  • Meat products such as sausages, frankfurters, pate and others that are prepared from fat, skin and bacon. With the help of additives, they are disguised as meat.
  • Ice cream and chocolate products. Yes, they are undoubtedly delicious and we could hardly find them, but, in addition to being very high in calories, they are addictive if consumed constantly.
  • Chips. Of course, they are a preferred and tasty addition to beer, but let's not forget that they are also a combination of fats, carbohydrates and chemical additives.
  • The sauces. Just forget to season the salads with mayonnaise. If you still dare to do so, consume immediately and do not store the dish for later.
  • Eggs and dairy products. Let's start with eggs - they must be well cooked, because otherwise they can be a source of salmonellosis (the bacterium spreads very quickly at high temperatures). Raw or undercooked chicken and uncooked milk can be dangerous.
  • Cakes and confectionery, especially with protein and butter cream. They spoil quickly in the heat, so be sure to store in the refrigerator. Just a few hours outside it are enough to make appetizing desserts harmful to health.
  • Fast food and snacks hardly need to be commented on.

Be careful when buying any food. Make sure of their quality and origin in advance and do not risk purchases from random or unverified dealers.

Do not forget to drink more fluids , it is preferable to bet on clean water.
