Sometimes it seems that the body is designed in such a way that it simply does not give a chance to maintain a figure: eat a lot - you get fat, eat little, you feel hungry, the brain decides that hard times have come and you need to stock up, and therefore it releases the hormone cortisol, and you get fat again, because it enhances fat production. So how to be? Especially in the evening, when you most want to start hunting for a refrigerator, because you can’t starve and eating before bed is not recommended.
We offer a way out! Eat foods that quickly extinguish the feeling of hunger, but at the same time minimally affect your figure.
Fish
For an evening snack, a piece of fish with a side dish of vegetables is quite suitable. Nutritionists believe that the best fish for the evening is flounder. The main thing here is the amount of consumed portion. It should be like one of your palms.
baked potato
1-2 baked potatoes will help to bring down hunger, and will not damage the figure. And the baking process itself allows you to maximize the preservation of useful substances in the vegetable.
Apples
They are rich in fiber, which helps to cleanse the intestines at night. And the fructose contained in apples will nourish the brain. The main thing is not to choose sour varieties, otherwise the appetite will only play out more strongly. Apples can also be baked!
Dairy products
A glass of kefir or a cup of yogurt with berries will do. Lactic acid bacteria will help the intestines to deal with what is left of the daily diet, and calcium, which is found in all dairy products, is better absorbed by the body in the dark.
Milk with honey
This is our grandmother's recipe. Warm milk with a spoonful of honey, firstly, nourishes the body well, and, secondly, calms the nervous system and helps you fall asleep faster.
Banana
This is a fairly nutritious fruit and is easy to digest if you stick to the measure - no more than one. Bananas can cause the release of the hormone of joy - serotonin. Therefore, if the day was hard and you want to please yourself, make your choice in favor of a banana, and not a slide of sweets and ice cream. In addition, bananas contain tryptophan, and it has a calming effect on the nervous system.
Seafood
Squid, octopus, mussels and other seafood are very nutritious, but at the same time they will not create a feeling of heaviness at night. In addition, they contain many useful substances and, as a bonus, they are an aphrodisiac. So, ideal for a romantic dinner.
Beet
A very correct way to have an evening snack for those who want to lose weight. It is a low calorie vegetable with many health benefits. For example, it cleanses the blood, removes toxins and, best of all, helps burn body fat. However, with strong inflammatory processes in the stomach, beets are not recommended.
oranges
It is worth choosing sweet varieties and ripened fruits so that the acid contained in oranges does not provoke an increase in appetite. You can replace this fruit with another citrus, but also not too acidic, for example, tangerine. Thanks to this snack, you will make up for the lack of vitamin C used by your immune system during the day.
Celery
Another vegetable-savior of the figure. It, like beets, contains few calories and a large amount of fiber, which stimulates intestinal peristalsis.
