Purpose : this is a restorative and tonic diet , which is applied after the completion of therapeutic diets prescribed for various diseases.
Purpose of the diet : to ensure normal and complete nutrition.
Common feature:
The energy and protein, fat and carbohydrate content of the diet almost completely meet the nutritional standards of a healthy person who does not engage in physical labor. The amount of vitamins is increased. The food can be processed in all known culinary ways, its temperature is normal. The use of the most difficult to digest and sharp products is not allowed. Meals are 4 times a day.
Chemical composition and calories of the diet
Protein - 70-80 grams (55% animal), fat - 80-85 grams (30% vegetable), carbohydrates - 350-400 grams, salt - 12 grams, free liquid - 1.5-2.0 liters, energy - 2400-2600 kcal.
Allowed foods:
- wheat and rye bread, pasta
- milk, vegetable and cereal soups based on meat and fish broths
- vegetable, mushroom and fruit decoctions
- meat and fish dishes prepared in different ways
- sausages
- milk and milk products and dishes with them (obligatory sour milk products)
- eggs - boiled in food
- dishes of various cereals, pasta, legumes
- fruits and vegetables - raw or cooked
- fruit and vegetable juices, decoctions of rose hips and wheat bran
- tea, cafe, cocoa
- oils - vegetable, animal, melted; margarines are limited
Prohibited foods:
- fatty meats, turkey, goose; pepper; mustard
Attention!
In stage I-IIA hypertension, a hyponatremic variant of diet №15 is used - with limited consumption of table salt (up to 5-6 grams per day). The food is prepared unsalted, salt is then added during consumption.
