Avoid red foods!

All fatty: fatty meats and fish, bacon, fats (butter, oil), margarine, cream, buttermilk, mayonnaise, cream, ice cream, nuts, seeds, caviar, canned butter, high fat cheese, sugar, candies, chocolate, jam, jams, marmalades, alcoholic beverages, sweet drinks, cocoa.

Be careful with the use of yellow foods!

Cereals, legumes (peas, soybeans, beans, lentils), potatoes (especially fried and chips), fruit (and forest fruits) purees with sugar, milk, dairy products, low-fat hard cheeses, lean meat, chicken breast, turkey, eggs, bread, pasta, unsweetened fruit juices.

Consume green foods at will!

Fresh fruits, vegetables, berries (except dates, grapes, bananas), green vegetables, lettuce, spinach, vegetable salads without sauces and mayonnaise, skimmed cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, lean fish and meat, cereals, bran, whole grains crackers.
