Mexican scientists dedicate more than one or two scientific papers to avocados. They prove that regular consumption slows down the aging process, as the composition of the fruit protects the skin from free radicals, nourishes and tones it, thanks to Omega-3 acids and improves detoxification. The detox regulates the internal microflora, which necessarily affects the skin - it shines and its color is even.
Avocado not only has a beneficial effect on appearance, but also improves memory, helping a person to concentrate even in stressful situations. Where is the secret? In monounsaturated fats. They protect nerve cells, stimulate cerebral blood supply and improve mental performance.
American scientists also contribute to the study of the fetus. They advise it to be taken by obese people or those who want to lose weight by 2-3 pounds, because the high nutritional value of avocado "lies" the body and a person feels full after eating a few pieces of meat. In addition, satiety lasts for several hours, which prevents overeating.
