Required products :

  • 200 grams of canned white beans in tomato sauce
  • 8 slices of bread with seeds
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • chili pepper
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • black pepper and salt


Method of preparation :

Bake the slices in the oven beforehand until they are covered with a crispy crust. Cut the cloves in half and rub each one. Put the remaining garlic in a deep bowl.

Peel an avocado, scoop out the inside of the fruit with a spoon and place it next to the garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste, pour lemon juice and olive oil, a little tomato sauce from canned beans and mash.

Chop the red onion as finely as possible. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, cut the flesh into cubes, add the beans (without sauce), chopped chili peppers (whole and part of it, to taste) and stir.

On top of each baked slice put the guacamole, followed by onions and finally the tomato-bean mixture.

Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
