Hazelnut oil is considered the youngest, as it appeared on the market only in the 70s of last century. It was originally produced in France, then distributed around the world.

The product is used both in pure form and as an additive to other bases, although in mixtures the amount of hazelnut oil is limited to 10-15%. Its aroma is light nutty, almost imperceptible.
The fat is distributed evenly and easily on the skin, absorbs immediately, has a mattifying, refreshing and tightening effect on the pores. After application on the skin there are no greasy traces or unpleasant oily feeling. It is famous for its fast tonic effect and cellular effect.
Like all oils derived from nuts, and it is characterized by a pleasant aroma and taste. Can be used in combination with refined olive oil and sunflower oil, combines well with peanut and walnut oils.
Mainly used for seasoning dishes. As it tastes slightly sweet, it can be added to porridges, for example, by reducing the amount of sugar in them.
Hazelnut oil can be used to make various sauces, homemade mayonnaise can be prepared with it. Not suitable for frying, but for making desserts is recommended, combining well with cereals and chocolate. Delicious homemade bread, pastries, pastries are obtained with his intervention, because it sells them a delicate nutty taste and aroma.
For vegetarians, hazelnut oil is suitable because they do not consume meat, and hazelnut fat is considered a complete source of protein. The carbohydrates in the product are so low that it can be used without worries by people prone to gaining weight and even by those suffering from diabetes.
Of course, the energy value of the product is high and therefore it is recommended for loss of strength, heavy physical exertion, exhaustion and as a tonic, also to improve adaptability and increase endurance.
No other unsaturated fatty acids (94%) in hazelnut oil are present in any other oil. For the most part, these are oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids. The low content of saturated acids contributes to the practical 100% absorption of the product.
The vitamins in the composition are C, E and group B. The oil contains all the necessary amino acids, and the mineral composition is represented by sodium, zinc, cobalt, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. The product also contains carotenoids, phytosterols, paclitaxel and up to 10% phospholipids.
Hazelnut oil is a real source of health. All production properties of the nuts are preserved through modern production technologies. Of course, the product could not cure any diseases, but its regular use is a wonderful prevention against the development of a number of serious health problems. Applying it in complex therapy for the treatment of many diseases, gives excellent results.
It is recommended to include it in the diet of obese people, as it contains many useful substances that help lose weight and normalize metabolic processes. Of course, we must not forget that butter is high in calories and this must be taken into account when compiling the menu.
