- fresh fruit or vegetable juice, baked potatoes with mushrooms and onions. Vegetable salad. Low fat yogurt and 3 apricots.

An hour before bedtime drink a honey drink made from a glass of water with lemon or chamomile tea with 1 tbsp honey. After drinking this, you should not eat anything more.

It is recommended to do the diet no more often than once every 1.5-2 months.
