Peel a banana, grate it and slice it.
In a blender, beat the milk with half of the ice cream, add the fruit, beat again and then add the remaining ice cream.
Beat until smooth, finally pour two tablespoons of cognac, beat for the last time and the cocktail is ready to be divided into glasses and served.
