How To Cook Banana Smoothie With Carrots, Oats And Honey - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Banana smoothie with carrots, oats and honey". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 medium carrots (pre-peeled and cut into circles)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon almond milk
  • 1/4 tea cup cold yogurt or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pecans
  • 1 tablespoon ground oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon, vanilla and dried ginger to taste
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ice

 

Method of preparation :

Put the prepared carrots in a blender bowl, add the peeled banana, almond and yogurt. Then add the nuts (oats and pecans), a spoonful of honey and spices.

Finally, pour half a cup of ice cubes and grind everything.

When you get a homogeneous drink, pour into a glass and serve.
