Required products :
3 eggs
1 tablespoon fresh milk
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons ground dry green spices
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
180-200 grams flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
110 grams yellow cheese
110 grams cottage cheese
30 grams bacon (can prosciutto) or bacon)
Method of preparation :
Mix the eggs with the olive oil, milk and spices. Add diced bacon, grated cheese and cottage cheese.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and pour it into the resulting mixture, kneading the dough.
Put it in a suitable form and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
