Required products :
200 grams of boiled buckwheat
100-150 grams of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
1 onion
100 grams of canned corn
100 grams of yellow cheese
mayonnaise to taste
oil
Preparation :
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry them until hot in hot oil. Grate the yellow cheese on a medium grater, then "assemble" the salad, forming layers, smearing each of them with mayonnaise. Alternate the products, starting with buckwheat, then mushrooms with onions with mushrooms, corn and finish with grated cheese.
