Turkey meat is low in calories, saturates and contains a lot of protein. If you want to make burgers, you can use it as a healthy substitute for pork. The ingredients for this recipe are for 4 burgers , and the preparation will take only 20 minutes .

 

Necessary products

  • 450 grams of minced turkey meat
  • 1/4 tea cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 4 wholemeal hamburger cakes

 

Method of preparation

Take a large bowl and put the minced turkey in it. Beat the egg, add the breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients well and form 4 burgers from the prepared mixture.

Put the oil in a large pan and heat it over medium heat. Fry the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with parsley and place in hamburger cakes. You can add other ingredients of your choice to the burger. Experiment and have fun!
