Required products :
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of corn flour
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 200 milliliters of fresh milk
- 50 milliliters of oil
- 100 grams of cheese
- leavening agent
- salt and other spices to taste
- walnuts or parsley for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Mix the eggs, the two types of flour, the milk and the oil, stirring. Then add the diced cheese, baking powder, salt, spices. Distribute the resulting mixture in a cake pan (it is best to use silicone) and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
If desired, sprinkle the surface with crushed walnuts or chopped parsley. You can also put walnuts in the dough.
