Necessary products:
- 2 teaspoons water
- 85 grams of brown sugar Panel
- 1/2 teaspoon brandy
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- white sugar
- 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
Add and heat the water with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Bring the liquid to a boil, remove from the heat and add the brandy.
Using lemon, spread on the necks of fireproof cups and dip them in crystal white sugar.
Allow to dry, distribute the drink and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
