Learn how to cook "Chicken legs with pineapple, potatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
5 chicken legs
1.5-2 kg of potatoes
850 g canned pineapple
200 g of mayonnaise
200 g of yellow cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Cut the potatoes into thin circles and arrange a thick row of them in a pan greased with oil (to cover the bottom). Then put the meat and add 2/3 of all the potatoes. Season to taste. Next is a layer of pineapple and the remaining potatoes. Pour some of the canned pineapple juice (quite a bit) and season again with salt and pepper. Sprinkle all this with grated yellow cheese, put a mixture of egg and mayonnaise on top and place in the oven to bake until done.
