Necessary products:
- 250 grams of butter
- 125 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- 300 grams of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 200 grams of hazelnuts
- 50 grams of chocolate (maybe chocolate cream)
Method of preparation:
Melt the butter over low heat, add salt, sugar and mix thoroughly. Mix the egg, flour, cocoa and melted butter. Crush the hazelnuts, add them to the resulting dough and mix until smooth. Form round cookies, arrange them on baking paper and place in a cool place for 2 hours. Then preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake the cakes for 6-7 minutes. Wait for them to cool.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the cookies (you can "draw" figures or make strokes with it).
