Necessary products:
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 200 grams of yogurt
- 10 grams of baking powder
- 200 grams of peeled strawberries
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 150 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 grams of vanilla
- 60 grams of melted butter
Method of preparation:
Put the flour in a bowl. Add the yogurt mixed with the baking powder. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and butter.
Stir the mixture, add the chopped mint, strawberries and pour it into a greased and floured pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 30-35 minutes.
Make sure it is ready with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, then your dessert is ready. Cool, cut, serve and enjoy.
