Required products :
- 1 small bunch of green onions
- 150 grams of high-fat non-sour cottage cheese
- 50 grams of non-sour sour cream or thick yogurt
- 1/2 lemon
- cucumber to serve

- pepper
Method of preparation :
From the fresh onion connection, finely chop only the green parts. Set aside a little for decoration, and put the rest in a blender.
Add cream, cottage cheese, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper. Grind until you get a puree, which you transfer to a suitable bowl or saucer.
Sprinkle with the reserved onion, garnish with pieces of cucumber and serve.
