- 1 teaspoon matcha / green tea powder /
- 1 teaspoon almond milk, unsweetened
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey
- ice cubes
Method of preparation :
- Pour green tea powder into a clean glass jar.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk and stir until smooth.
- Add the remaining milk and honey, close the jar tightly and shake vigorously.
- Serve with a few ice cubes.
