Learn how to cook "Green salad with bacon, corn and cottage cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
4 pieces of bacon
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 head of lettuce
1 avocado
8-10 cherry tomatoes
100 grams of canned corn
100 grams of cottage cheese
For the dressing:
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the bacon into pieces, fry it in olive oil for 6-8 minutes and let cool.
Meanwhile, chop the lettuce leaves with your hands, cut the avocado into cubes and the cherry tomatoes in two.
Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients listed for it and mix thoroughly.
Put the bacon in the salad bowl, add the tomatoes, avocado, corn, leaves and cottage cheese. Pour the prepared sauce and mix everything.
The salad is ready.
