Required products :
- 2 sweet peppers (1 red and 1 green)
- 125 grams of ham
- 3 eggs + 1 yolk
- 6 sausages
- 30 grams of yellow cheese
Method of preparation :
Cut the peppers into small cubes, the ham into strips, then fry them together in a little oil for about 10 minutes. Pour in the three raw eggs and stir.
Cut the sausages in half, but do not cut completely, you should not divide into two parts. Put two of them in a pan so that it forms a square. From the third sausage, make a heart in the middle of the square. So prepare two servings. Fill the heart of one with the yolk, and the second - with grated cheese.
