Learn how to cook "Italian salad dressing with tomatoes and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 medium tomato
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
pinch of sugar
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1/2 wrinkled garlic clove
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Grate the tomatoes with a coarse grater. Pour the meat and juice into a bowl (discard the skin) and pour 1/4 tea cup of water, vinegar, lemon juice, add mustard, a pinch of sugar, olive oil, crushed garlic, oregano and basil, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Beat everything until smooth.
