Required products :

3 - 4 oranges

2 bananas

1 sheet ready sponge cake

750 milliliters of drinking yogurt

250 milliliters of orange juice

30 grams of gelatin

mint leaves and fruits of your choice for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the gelatin in the orange juice according to the instructions on the package, then cool and add to the yogurt.

Peel the oranges, cut into circles and clean from the white skins.

Lay the bottom and walls (from the inside) of a suitable bowl. Arrange citrus rings, sliced ​​sponge cake and banana rings on the sides.

Repeat the arrangement once more in the same sequence. Pour the yogurt with gelatin, shake the container so that the mixture fills all the gaps between the products and store the dessert overnight in the refrigerator.
