How To Cook Layered Salad With Chicken, Eggs And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of smoked chicken breast
150 grams of fresh cucumbers
150 grams of pickled mushrooms
1 onion
4 boiled eggs
mayonnaise or sour cream to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
parsley, green onions or other green spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms into medium-sized tiles. Cut onions, fry and let cool. Cut the chicken breasts and cucumbers into thin straws and grate the boiled eggs with a medium grater. Finely chop the green spices.

You should "assemble" the salad, shaping it in an interesting way. Why not in the form of a cake?

Start with a layer of chicken, it will be the base. After that - a row of cucumbers mixed with mayonnaise or sour cream, mushrooms with onions, parsley or green onions and finish with a row of grated eggs.
