Learn how to cook "Lunch for school: waffles with tahini and apple, egg, tomatoes, cottage cheese with cinnamon and grapefruit". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 2 whole grain waffles
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower tahini (or other)
  • 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, cut in half
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled

Method of preparation:

Make a sandwich by smearing the waffles with sunflower tahini and garnish with apple slices. Cut into quarters and put in the lunch box.
Pour the curd into the middle compartment of the box and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Put cherry tomatoes and boiled egg in another compartment, and grapefruit in another compartment and close the box.
